Have A Problem With Your Order? 

We are happy to make returns and exchanges for defective merchandise. Returns are free for damaged and defective items. Please contact us with your order number and reason for return and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Returns and exchanges for wrong sizing will be made at the expense of the buyer. We are happy to ship a new size out for free (US Only) when we receive the original item back. 

How We Get It To You

All US order ship for free! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge. We calculate shipping for international orders so we never charge you more than what it costs us. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders often ship the same day they are place but please allow at least 3-5 days for your order to ship. Most packages are shipped USPS First Class. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery in the US and 10-30 days internationally.

We are a 2 person operation so please keep an eye out for information about shipping interruptions if we are unable to keep the above timeline. We will post all shipping interruption information clearly on the site header.
